Two weeks ago I recieved a call from coex. They set up a interview for me for June 3rd and told me I would recieve an email in 4 days giving instructions and flight confirmation code. I never recieved the email and I have called their hr person, Dawn Daniels, twice and left messages. They have never returned my calls nor have I recieved the email. Tomorrow is the interview date so I know I am screwed. Does anyone know who I should try to contact at coex to try to fix this. Thank you

If you really want the job go there yourself in person to their HQ/HR department and find out. Better than making yourself a no-show even though it was not intentional. Or call their HQ and speak to someone in another department to see if they can direct you to a human rather than voice-mail.

The funny thing is that I just finished the 1st phone interivew after you apply and I looked at the website to see to my surprise that I am also scheduled for an interview tomorrow June 3rd. I thought the lady said it would be between 60-90 days for an interview. Ohh well

I can't believe this happened to someone else as well. I have never received an email as well. I left her at least three messages as well and haven't heard back. I actually called and and got ahold of her last week and she said she would email it out again, but NOTHING. That is the strangest thing. They should just Fedex everything to you so this doesn't happen. If you find anything out PM me.

I'm not interviewing with, nor have I applied with COEX, but I do remember someone mentioning on this board that if your email has a junkmail filter, then the email from COEX will be filed under that and you will not see it, unless you look at the email that has been filtered out. Just a suggestion.

misread the post... i assume you didn't apply either, hence your inference that that was a smart thing for the other fellow to do. so, my smarta$$ comment still stands!
