Well not like I didn't know about they weren't going to have new TFRs, but these sucks, they never even removed the DC one, when it went down last time. Now there is an ADIZ over NYC. The worst is the TFR over a Orlando VFR check point that I have used before, Disney World.
 
Yeah, there kind of a pain in the @$$ but whats wrong with a little saftey out there?

The problem is that it's a fight to get things back to normal (or at least close to it), after the threat level is lowered.

Besides, what safety does 3,000 ft provide? For an airliner, the impact point is just about set, and my little C152 couldn't tear up a bedroom on a double wide.

That's a noble postion, it's the same one that has effectively banned banner towers. IMO the banner towers and aerial sightseers are the only people affected by this TFR, most people fly over at 3000'ft or higher. Once again I think money is coming into play when security is our main concern.
