Coast Guard Heli down in New Orleans

I saw on TV last night a orange chopper that fell on New Orleans.Anyone knows anything, was it shooted or what happened?

By the way, Mexico is sending a ship with help and i belivem some Helicopters too, but are still waiting for US authorization

Looks like it was a private helo, there to help
