CMEL or CSEL initial...what should I do?

I am not sure how this will be applicable in the long run: If you get your CMEL you are not a CSEL. This means you must get your CSEL if you want to do anything commercial in an SE airplane.

The one reason to get your MEL ASAP is to be able to log any time you get in a twin, but it is likely you will need your CSEL first.

Well I'll do the CSEL addon the same day or within a few days of getting the CMEL. I'll be ready for both.
