Last week I flew the nonstop CLT --> LGW and back with US Air and given my mostly negative experiences with airline flying the last few years, and all the mud slinging here of late, I just wanted to post something a little more positive and give US Air it's due.
Both flights were on time, the aircraft were clean and the video monitors worked, the FAs were absolutely stellar, and even the food was decent. And check-in at both ends was relatively easy, especially considering the computer problems during the recent system integration. The best part? Less than $500 round trip.
I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Thanks guys! :beer:
I'll be making the same trip a a few more times over the next few months, and I'll be booking USAir every time.
