Hi Everyone,

My friend is going to Stamford, CT. The airports she has to choose from would be BDL, JFK or BOS. LGA is not an option. I tried to look it up for her in Mapquest, but it got confused when I put in JFK airport. What about LI Mac Arthur that I think SWA flies into? What kind of drive would it be from any of those airports to Stamford?

Thanks for the help!

Kathy

2 words:

WHITE PLAINS! (about 15 mins)

Of your options though, JFK is the closest .

JFK: 30-60 mins depending on traffic, I have driven like a psycho and done downtown Stamford in less....but....

BDL: 90 mins min.
Long Island Islip/Mac : 60 mins estimate

Boston?? faggedda bout it

G200 rule: never fly OVER your destination to get in a car and drive back.

;) .

I would agree with HPN (White Plains) as the best choice. Back in the charter days, we would bring a group up there (Stamford) 4 times a week over a several month period.
