Go with the ones that have been around 5 or 10 years. These guys they will get tired of stealing jobs and disappear just like all the rest.

While there may fewer listings than other job boards, you can be sure that they are legitimate, and limited to pilot or flight instructor jobs. You won't see any "customer service rep" or "avionics technician" jobs there.

Not to mention, anyone can view the jobs and apply for Free!

The best web site for contract employment is www.flycontract.com and many of the pilots get offered full time employment. It has a free job board also.
