I got hired back in 2001 with 1000TT/150ME, but that was pretty much industry norm back then. Right now, the 1500/300 is pretty rock solid, but I have heard of some exceptions.
Then again, I've walked in resumes of friends of mine who've exceeded those minimums, but didn't get called. Can't say for sure how to make sure you get picked for an interview by HR here.
Oh, and I have flown with several of the female pilots at CHQ, and I have to say that the ratio of cool-to-wanker is about the same as the male population, and maybe a bit higher. Just an observation.
