I guess some guys in ALB didn't make guarantee last month but got the holiday pay for TXgiving added to their guarantee. An ALB based guy called and asked if holiday pay was part of guarantee or over and above guarantee as he didn't get his for sitting reserve that day. When it was pointed out that it was part of guarantee he blurted out "but a couple of guys that were under guarantee got it on top of guarantee." Long story short, probably all ALB paysheets are going to get the sheet audited out of them.

People should keep their mouths shut when it comes to paysheets....I'm 99% certain that all paysheets now are coming from Crew Trac, so make sure what you have jives with Crew Trac. If not, guess you have to call Screw Scheduling....Just hope you don't get that one sarcastic bitch who works at night, plays Tetris while acting like she's too busy, and isn't happy 'till you're not. Her name escapes me...

They already audit the hell out of our pay sheets. No one understands how we can do five run ups and ten repo's a day. But it happens.
 
This conference call was boring no new info on upgrades or expansion. I hung up right at the end when they started talking about the holidays.

Maybe if the company would get their rear end in gear and establish a fair and concise and equitable pay system then these occurrences would not happen. I think not being paid holiday pay if you are under block is unfair and discriminatory while others who sometimes are more favored get paid more if they are over block. Someone should look into the legality of this situation. he he he
