The Colgan ALPA organizing committee has enough cards according to the National Mediation Board rules. We are still lacking a "strong majority" that ALPA requires. So...send in the cards! We are very close, but not finished yet.

When a "strong majority" has returned the cards, ALPA will then petition the NMB to hold the election. The NMB certifies the cards and schedules the vote. The certification process takes 30-90 days. Then the vote will be held following that. The election is 24 days long.
