CJ1 pay etc

I have a couple questions regarding the use of a CJ1 in a start-up 135 op.

1. Anyone familiar with CJ1 starting pay for a CA (in the midwest)?
2. Is the CJ1 approved for Part 135, single pilot? If so, is this standard practice?

2. Yes it is approved for single pilot ops. Standard practice? Depends on the FSDO. Typically, yes.
