CJ1/CJ2 Operating Costs?

I am trying to find info on operating costs and so far the internet is not helping. Citation site says it's all on "call us to talk about it" basis.

Could someone, please, share personal experiences or links with now much it'll cost to run a CJ1 or 2?

How much would a lease be per month?

Is insurance typically included in lease cost?

I believe your looking at $2.40/mile direct operating costs on the CJs. I can look up better numbers early next week.
