Citizenship Requirements for CAL??

I heard that airlines who work with the DoD/CRAF are required to be US citizens. A friend of mine is a resident alien with a non-US passport but has a green card. Is a US passport and citizenship required to work for CAL, or any other major/cargo airline for that matter?

Not required, just cannot do any CRAF flights unless you are a US Citizen.
