I am expecting the second phone interview with CitationShares in the near future. Anybody have any ideas on what kind of questions they ask or what they are looking for. They seem like a first class operation and I would like to make a good impression on them. Also, how much warning do they typically give you prior to an interview to make travel arrangements?

It was 2-3 weeks from the time of app to the first call. The first call was mainly just getting to know you type questions too. Hope this helps.

Make sure you know a little something about the company! You dont know how many people get called and then say, "so, is this a three on four off schedule?"

Good-bye...

I think that the phone screen is pretty informal. Why Citation Shares? Any accidents/incidents? That sort of thing. I did not do a phone screen so I may be off base.

Remember that customer service is a very important part of the interview process.

Interview

Hi All,

Have an interview soon and was looking for the latest info. Already did a forum search, checked out aviationinterviews.com, and have been in regular contact with my buddy who flies there now. Just hoping to get some fresh info from anyone who may have had the interview in the past few months. Thanks for the help.

Regards,

H&P

One other question -- How long does it take to get the second phone interview? I felt like the first one went well but it has been over a week since then and they have not contacted me via email or phone. Just wondering if any of you know about how long it will be. Thanks.

I agree that it is probably time to give them a call back. Anyone have the phone number I should call them at and an idea on who would be the best person to speak with? Thanks for the help. . .
