Lets see how you feel when the current administration does not meet their budget goals and decides to surtax the group that not only pays for your job but is instrumental in growth of our economy.. Yes i am talking about rich people.. They call the shots, They stimulate this economy, and produce jobs. An extra 5% tax might not sound like much but when you make millions per year that extra 5% is what is spent on the buzzsaw you fly around. The general opinions shared by most frac pilots up until a year ago was that the rich would pay for the luxury regardless of fuel cost, price, administration, taxes, economy etc.... I have heard it over and over again.. Now here we are with the fracs putting 25% of their pilots on the street..

Meanwhile the bottom feeding worthless scum that sucks the life out of this country except for providing content for jokes collects all the benefits while not making any contribution to society.

When you look at what America represented around ww2 and look at us now it just makes me sick.. Our founding principles and constitution are being burned in front of our very eyes..

Point of clarification... I think fuel cost is not significant. When you earn 100 times more than the average person ... $5 gas is like paying a nickel a gallon to us. Taxes and economy are the big items.

People who make millions can't afford an extra 5% tax...like they had less than a decade ago? As I recall the 80's and 90's were pretty good for the people making millions despite their extra 5%.

Let's work it out...
I make 10 Million a year. An extra 5% in tax is 500,000. Total tax is 39% or $3,900,000. Assuming I have zero deductions I bring home $6,100,000. You are arguing that 6.1 Million is way too little and I need to bring home 6.6 Million instead. 6.6 Million equals a President who is a great conservative and the pinnacle of fiscal responsibility. 6.1 equals a President who is a liberal gone mad and who wants to ruin our Country?

That rounding error is what's destroying America? That's what makes our President a Socialist worthy of Hitler and Obama/Joker posters?

But your math is seriously lacking.

Its $500K for one person. But for 1000 people its $500 Million taken out of the economy to be wasted by government ...

$500 M fewer in new aircraft, monthly fees, and hourly fees.

Now look at the $862 Billion stimulus bill. Wasted on liberal spending. Imagine what an $862 Billion tax-Cut for the RICH! (rich = people who pay taxes) would do for Private jet and Fractional Aviation sales!

We would be out of any recession or down economy... unemployment would be near historic lows ... housing prices would be climbing and foreclosure down to record lows ...
