It is called job recycling. Boards do it all the time to make it appear that they have new jobs and that it is worth coming back and paying for their resume services and such.

Waste of time. Pretty near all these types of jobs are filled by word of mouth and/or pilots current and typed in type. Now of course there are a couple folks here on flightinfo who are going to come on here and say they got hired from so-and-so's job board. It's theoretically possible. There are also about five thousand folks on here who will tell you they're all a waste of time.
