Can anyone give me performace numbers on the CE-560. Such as TAS, 1st,2nd hour flow burn, avg payload with full fuel, and endurance.
Thank you in advance.
We operate a V and we flight plan 390knots and the fuel burn is:
1400
1150
1000
1000
With full fuel we can carry 500 lbs in the back. We have the 16300 gross weight STC. You can email if you need more information. It is on the market for sale!
Been awhile since I flew the V, but I think you can get 410TAS out of it. Really depends on how you operate it. I think I used to flighplan 1600 the first hour, 1200, 1000 the next hours. Taking it as high as it would go and keep close to 410 kts. Best altitudes were 390, 410.
The Encore has a lot better numbers. TAS in the 30's is 440 to 430. We are normally in the low 40's and get 425. Redline is .755 and you end up pulling the power off high cruise. Better fuel burn than the V with a lot more power, but it comes with the price.
1st hour 1400 lbs.
2nd 1100 lbs.
3rd 1000 lbs
squeezing into the 4th hour (assuming FL430-450) 950 lbs.
I climb at 280 kts/.72 to an initial altitude of FL400-410 on a normal ISA day. Usually takes 20-25 minutes to get up there. Cruise at FL400-410 is usually .74 -.75M at about 425-430 kts TAS. If I need to get into a 3rd hour for a long flight, I'll go up into the FL430-450 range and put a mask on with a 1000-950 lbs/hr FF.
PS. I've never been close to a 4th hour but I've seen it done by another crew.
1600,1400,1200,1200. plan for 405. Pray that it happens. 16.1 max ramp with 15.9 max t/o. Nice airplane, a bit harder to swallow if you coming back from flying something that has an upright pisser.
I did a 4.6 flt time in one and still landed with 1000lbs. This was an ultra but I spent a couple of years flying it. For a straight wing plane the numbers are great and it can really haul a load.
Although the front is a greenhouse it still is a good plane. Invest in some good car shades.
Pretty much exactly whats been echoed by everyone here. 1600#, 1200#, 1200# and 250KIAS in the climb and .55M when the ol' mach meter starts coming alive. Usually see anywhere from 400-420KTAS+ depending how we are loaded, etc., etc. Was told at recurrent about two weeks ago that the aircraft is actually appreciating in value right now from a guys who is selling a II for a V.
We fly an Ultra. 1500 first hour, 1100, 1000, 950 for the next three hours, this is typical fuel burn at FL 400 and 410. We can fly ours at 430 kt. all day long, but we pull the power back to about 400 kt. for fuel burns. We've flown 4.6 block too and still landed with 1,000 lb. back home.
With full tanks, we can haul 4 pax in the back. With five people, you can still load 5,500 lb. on board and fly three hours pretty easy.
