In this business, you have to be careful who you work for, so I'm pretty sure I don't want Flight Options.

So, that brings me to Citation Shares. I have heard good things. I have heard not-so-good things.

I'm pretty happy with it.

One year training contract.

Pay is on airlinepilotcentral.com. Look for it to increase if NJ passes their contract. Bases are also listed here.

They have made several improvements recently. Chiefly upping the 401k match and trying to reduce forced OT on the end of tour.

Upgrade times are currently being quoted at 3+ years. That may change since we do have guys being recalled to the majors.

If you are interested, they will be at the job fair in ATL next month. Drop by, visit them first, and DON'T tell them they are your second choice. Persistence pays when dealing with our recruiters.

Wow, wonder if the interviewers at CS will pick up on that attitude? "NJA doesn't want me, I'm too good for Flops, so I GUESS I'll settle for CS." I bet they can't wait to hire you.
