Citation Pay Scale

Anyone have an updated payscale for p91 CE560 (Citation V) PIC in CA?

Would the pay be higher for an SIC upgrading within the company versus someone hired off the street as PIC? thanks fellas.

A few months ago, there was a part 135 CE550 PIC position at LGB offering in the $72-75k range. Based on cost of living, I thought that wasn't enough. I wasn't much interested in the move either...

Any inputs if QOL can (how much) balance out the low end of the standards? Job has about 13 days off per month on average, 7 of which in a row.
