What is the main difference between a CJ and a CJ1?

Also, Is operating a CJ out of a 3400' runway with a field elevation of 1200' possible, and how far could you fly with 4 pax and bags, standard day?

The main difference is the avionics, CJ1 has Proline 1. Operating off 3400 at 1200 msl would be no real problem on standard day and with 4 pax you could probably fly 500 to 600 nm.
