Thanks in advance....
Well, since a IISP, aka a 551 is the same thing as a 550 but with a MTOW of 12500, I will be able to answer most of your questions.
1. 1200, 1100
2. Yes, but then again you can fly a regular 550 single pilot if you get a single pilot type.
3. Not much
4. Pretty good, not much on the airplane to break.
The usefulness of a 551 as a plain ol corporate airplane is pretty limited, unless you disregard the 12500 MTOW. Its more worth your while to get a straight 550 and get a single pilot type, or spend the dough for a f/o. Our airplane has a 8000 empty weight, and holds 5000 lbs of fuel. If it is topped off, it weighs 13000. The empty weight on a 551 would be a little less than that, because it only includes one pilot, but it would still be over MTOW. Now, it would be 'safe' to disregard the 12500 MTOW, because it is the same airframe as a 550, but it would not be legal.
Hope I got my facts right, feel free to correct me if I screwed something up.
