Are these figures pretty accurate for operating a Citation II SP. If not what are the real world variable and fixed cost per year/hour?

Oil Costs per Hour:1.02
Maintenance Cost/Hour:194.73
Hourly Engine Reserve:101.66Prop
T/R Reserve:12.00
Total Variable Costs/Hour:774.41
Average Speed (MPH):359.70
Cost/SM:1.68
Annual Insurance:17,884.78

Don't know how many hours per year, but figure 100k + every 3 years for a 1 thru 5. Also if this SP is a 551 you are limited to 12,500 gross - so you wont be going too far. If by SP you are saying it's a 550 with single pilot waver you can use the regular gross of a Citation II.
Have a window expert do a pre-purchase on the windshields.

Fuel (GPH):155.00
CII burns 161/hr at FL350, so your # is low. More like 175/hr avg
Fuel Costs/Gallon:3.00
Fuel Costs/Hour:465 $525
Oil Costs per Hour:1.02
Maintenance Cost/Hour:194.73 Probably close for Labor, add $150/hr for parts
Hourly Engine Reserve:101.66 If that's per engine you're probably safe. Average O'haul is 575,000 divide by 3500= 164 not including Remove and replace
T/R Reserve:12.00
Total Variable Costs/Hour:774.41
Average Speed (MPH):359.70 That's the average block speed for an SII, maybe a little high.
Cost/SM:1.68
Annual Insurance:17,884.78 We were just quoted 19,500 for hull and 6,600 liability for 2 pilots in a straight II, Hard to believe that's a single pilot rate.
Annual Hangar/Tiedown:17,247.09
Crew Salary and benefits: 70,000 Accurate for 1 pilot, salary only, not including benifits. Add about 19,000 per pilot for benifits.
Training:17,776.07
Total Fixed Costs: 122,907.94
Hours/Year:344.78
Fixed Cost/Hour:356.48
Total Variable & Fixed Costs/Year: 389,304.04
Total Costs/Hour:1131.69

I agree with PRP, Your insurance figure looks low for SP, and the fuel burn of 155 is too low.

Also the average fuel cost of 3 bucks is no longer accurate. You can probably average that as a home based customer, but I haven't seen 3 bucks a gallon away from home base in a while. Plan on 3.20 to 4.25 a gallon if youare running around the east coast on average. There are a few cheaper fule spots out there, they just normally do not match up with where your boss needs to go!
