If you are referring to on demand contract pilot services, you should have no trouble getting $400 per day plus expenses.
 
I am very underqualified to say this I guess but let someone else pay for your type rating. If they are serious about using you they will send you to school.

Without some significant Time in Type a Type Rating is useless...

I would say most people would want a Type rating with at least 250-500 hours in Type to back it up....

A Type without experience is a waste of money.... No one will use you...
