If you are doing due diligence, by all means, do not start out by identifing the airplane that just barely meets the mission requirement.

I agree from above, get that third motor, or at least two much bigger ones.

How much water are you talking about going over? We go over water all the time in ours, just not the Atlantic or Pacific. It has worked well for us going around the Gulf and the Caribbean on a regular basis.
