It's a tough place to work...

that's why there are always openings.

There and Citicorp.

Really???? What have you heard....are they places you would definitely avoid and why? Please give some more details.

Id be curious also....

what makes both of these outfits "tough places to work"

and both always have openings?

any details on equipment, starting pay, benefits, average days worked, vacation, etc?

My guess would be one of those jobs where you're lucky to see your own bed/family like 4-5 nights a month. I just don't get why operators think they can run a flight department like that and not have people quit all the time.

A guy on this board a while back, said he worked for them and that he was on the road about 20 days a month IIRC.

yeah, same dude on this board a while back said you had to share hotel rooms and sign training contracts for 5 years.

No wonder people always quit these places.

From what my "sources" have said both of these places make life miserable. Always on the road, lousy expense accounts and horrendous "extra duties"!!!!!!!!!! To top that off, there pay is ruled by the corporate governance so they both often fall far behind in keeping up with the times. It's gotten so bad that I heard the latest round of new hires were from the absolute bittom of the barrel.;)
No thanks!!! I'll keep my lame single owner gig.
I've also heard that one of hose places has some real tools working there zero personality.
Then again, my "sources" have been known to be wrong before:confused: .
