CHQ upgrade

Does anyone know typical upgrade times at chautauqua? What if any possibility to upgrade from E145 to E170?

Just heard that there was a FO on the E145 around 760 in senority that got the call to upgrade to te E170, he's been at CHQ for 15 months. Of course he said he got Lucky because a lot of senior FO's turned the upgrade down.

Upgrade time on the E145 is running 18 to 22 months

Has everyone forgotten how many people were hiring 2 years ago? I'd be curious as what the seniority list looks like at CHQ. You can't possibly believe that after another year there will still be 2 year upgrades.
