Hey all
I have an interview lined up for the 1st and 2nd of March. Was told that it is a 2 day deal. Has this changed recently or has it always been 2 days? From the gauges i got that it was a one day process.

When I interviewed back in September, it was a 2 day interview. Since, I have had friends interview and it was only 1 day. My interview group was about 22, hence 2 days to get everybody through. The guys I know who interviewed (past few weeks) were in smaller groups, maybe 8-12 people.

Side Note: All three guys who interviewed in last few weeks got the job. Two were told the day of the interview, and the other got a call about 2 weeks after.

I interviewed on Feb. 15th, there were 8 of us so it was a one day event, if they have enough then it's 2 days do to the volume of people since it involves alot of waiting around

Also on the 15th, and what Petepilot says is right on, I don't tihnk anyone got told that day, well at least I did'nt.:)

Two day interviews are not uncommon at all. Just trying to interview as many people as possible. Which means lots of hiring, which means I move up in seniority!!! :D

Actually, if you work for he company doing the hiring, it just means the senority list is just growing behind you. Senority is all relative, don't forget. Could you imagine being at USair with 14-15 years on property and being a junior gear slinger on a 737 AND sitting reserve AND at one time you may have been in the upper half of the senority list?
