Delta (and all other codeshares) have approved of CHQ using whatever airplanes and flying for whomever as long as it is under the 2nd certificate. I know it sounds weird, but that is apparently the way it is going to work. That being said, all Republic planes will be flown by CHQ pilots.
As for the confirmed orders, I have no idea. Believe it when you see them on the jetway.

boilerflyer said:Can't find the link to it, but in the snippet in the paper last week about the 170 being certified by the FAA, it mentioned that Embraer planned on delivering 11 EMB-170s in the next month. We'll find out soon enough where they're going.
