Any info on the company? Flight Benefits? QOL? Dress Code? How was the interview? I was thinking of applying?

You can go to www.overworked-underpaid.com for company info, try www.********************tyqol.com for QOL, we have to wear monkeysuits with a bowtie for our dresscode and our flightbenefits consist of riding in the cargo area.

Or you could also try www.flychautauqua.com for some extra info (which I'm sure you already did since us dispatchers always think outside the box). QOL is pretty decent, IND has many things to offer for all kinds of different people and it's relatively cheap. Flight benefits are pretty good, you get non-rev priviliges on all of our codeshares plus J/S on many other carriers. Dresscode is normal, business Mon-Thu, biz casual Fri and the weekend, well, just show some good taste when you dress i.e. try to at least get out of your pajamas.
