What are we laymen supposed to make of this when the docs insist we control our cholesterol...and repeatedly check us for it ? Hard to know who to trust:

So, all this cholesterol stuff is just a "lie" ?
The comment about statins is interesting. Might be interesting to know FOR SURE if the same effect can be achieved by a baby aspirin/day. I've seen it recommended for people who've already had one heart attack.
