From the way I was told if that happened, people would get hired into the saab and work there way up to the 757 or L-1011 if the day ever came to get a flow through, but that is hear say. Also Yes its bad if your at the bottom of the seniority list on a flow back. Everything in tis industry has its positives as well with a lot of negaitives. Its a trade off, but I dont think they had plans of it being as bad as American Eagle and Americans flow through.
