Neither...look for, and get a job in the short time while you have one.

I don't think it's quite that easy when you put years into a company.....but I did ask.

I'm thanking the lord everyday that I didn't go to ATA when I could have last year, and that I've been here for over 5 years. We shall see what the future holds for little chico. It is ashame that those **censored**censoring**censors** are running this airline into the ground.

I'm thanking the lord everyday that ATA never called me for an interview! Blessing in disguise

News I just heard.
Colgan will purchase 10 saabs from chicago express for IAH operation. The furloughed pilots at chicago express will have the option to go to colgan. Looks like it might work out ok for them and I bet they will put a lot in the left seat since colgan has still a lot of low time fo's.

Couldn't be 10 Saabs, because per the flight operations hotline they will be running 10 Saabs for the MDW/IND operation for ATA. That means 7 less aircraft currently for C8.

Just read in the Indy Star that NatTel's offer was rejected, typical, leave it up to ATA to screw us first, then leave it up to a judge to screw us again, just when the light was appearing at the end of the tunnel.

ATA has really killed C8's potential the past few years.

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed, but as soon as Air Wisconsin calls Ill have no choice. It's been a great couple of years keeping the Saabs safe for you guys (and gals)

Other companies are looking at buying Chicago Express. Don't know of the details, but I do know there are bids out. And for a lot more than the $25,000 that is being thrown around.

If your gonna ride the snake you should know that you might get bit! Ride a donkey if your scared, but i think thiey bite too. Dont ride camles though they spit....

I bid $12.00 and will forgive all debt..

I herd of a guy who got done hired by a corporate jet comapny and is making 40k, and he had been a first yar Fo at Charlie Ate!

Guy who told me about dis guy, plez dont com and hurt me, i jst had to tll every1!

To all the people who think that anyone is buying C8 for 25,000 bucks just a little info, C8 is "owed" around 14 million dollars by ATA which to have a succesful sale and to convince the creditors would have to be forgiven. The actual sale transaction on paper will be a lot more than 25grand. Nobody is going to sell the airline for 25K just so someone can turn right around and become another creditor looking for the 14million they are "owed" The 25k price is not the joke everyone thinks it is. The REAL joke is how this was all handled in the first place.
