Checkride failures

Interesting question, fortunately I never had this problem in corporate operations, but in the Marshal Service we did have this issue occur a few times. If any pilot failed a check ride, for initial or recurrency, they would receive retraining, if they failed again, out they were of a job.

We had one guy fail the Saber 80 school at Flight Safety and then failed the Flight Engineer school. He was shown the door.

Oh, and he was an ex-military pilot, US Army; Major.
