Cheap hotels JFK/LGA?

Try the Clarion at LGA. The have a shuttle and are within walking distance to the subway. The rooms are small but clean. I think we paid around $100 a night per room a few months ago.

4 1/2 blocks away is the Buckaneer Diner which is really good & cheap diner food.
