You're nothing but worthless excess on this board.

I think I know who you are, so keep hiding behind your screen name or step up and show your face. I mean, being a check airmen and all you should be proud of who you are, right? Come on out of the closet AFELLOW. If not, shut the fuk up and stop tarnishing your fellow pilot's name. I'm sick of your pug insecurity.

"Pathetic, just pathetic"

Huggs and kisse

You take this s hit wayyyy too seriosly.

Well, actually, all the pilots are getting ready to take a vote to see if we can take massive paycuts so we can underbid every regional airline flying. You see, the pay INCREASE we got in our last contract does not allow us to underbid "everyone", so we are going to vote to give it all back.

Seriously, things are going fine as far as I know. If you listen to BB though, the sky is falling and it is all the employees fault.

Aren't you from Purdue? Then you must be calling alot of your friends aholes. Good to know friends stay loyal.
Perhaps you should read my post closer. I was illustrating just how rediculous their comments were.

It's a literary device much like sarcasm. I was kinda hoping I wouldn't have to explain it to anyone, but I overlooked the possibility that you would read this post.

Unfortunately what Afellowaviator does not realize is that in the event of an Airways liquidation, CHQ would bid next to nothing for MDA's 170's, which would more than compensate for the lost 145's. Those 170's would then guarantee no growth for any other DCI carrier in the 70+ seat market.

Be careful what you wish for.

You do have a good point. I'm afraid the low ball chickentaco contract has screwed us out of the E170..

Uh, since you're already flying the CRJ700 I doubt you'd ever have seen the 170 even if we didn't exist; you know, fleet commonality and all that good stuff.

another thing for you afellowidiot look at CHQ's pay rates, they make more than you dumbass.... jeeze get your facts straight before you go talking and look like a moron

AFELLOWAVIATOR is probably still pissed he's paying on his loan for buying his job.

Hey AFELLOW,

Don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining, you PAY FOR TRAINING SCUMBAG.

You did more damage to this industry than anyone and don't tell me that one contract makes up for this. The people who wanted to get into commercial aviation while you stood in line to buy your job will forever look down upon you.

I am so hurt. That cuts like a knife. Excuse me while I go dry my eyes.....

You people crack me up. You take this sh it wayyy too serious.

What a bunch of idiots.

...and oh by the way, I paid cash. No loan.

AFELLOAVIATOR is a socialist/communist (AKA democrat)! He thinks the government should step in and hand him his job back!

Now where the hell did that come from? You are too funny. I am a life long Republican and have never voted for a Dem...

Oh, I get it. You were being funny...haha...

I'm not defending AFELLOWAVIATOR but many of you don't realize this guy is writing outlandish posts just for effect - to see what kind of rise he can get out of others. Back around Xmas, he admitted to "stirring the pot" here just to see others' reactions.

Everyone needs to just "chill out". This is an internet forum - take most of what's written here lightly.

It takes all kinds to make the world go 'round...

Not to defend anyone here, but in recent years the only pilot group that I can see that has earned the right to "talk trash" is Comair. They stood up for something and earned the highest pay in the industry. Everyone else folded and ran away, including my pilot group.

Also all you people that are praying for the E170, and E190 are fools. How about praying for NWA, and CAL not to give up 50+ seat scope. But than again some of you can't think in the long term.

ARE U SERIOUS??????????? Comair couldn't get that contract nor would they have gone on strike in todays lovely aviation environment. Some of you pretend that this industry is not in the Crapper. Let's see Comair "earn" the highest paid wage in the industry today. Oh, I forgot, it is all CHQ's fault. Even though we have a pay INCREASE, Comair would have to come down to our level. HMMMM. I also heard it from COEX how they were going to get sooooo much more than Comair.

The fact is, Comair has done nothing for the industry in the past couple of years. All they have done is to probably have people who were not even at Comair during the strike, hide behind a contract that was signed in a totally different time in the aviation industry.

As far as long term, look no further than ALPA and mainline pilots for saving thier jobs and A$$es at the expense of future pilots. GIve me a fuking break. WAKE UP. This is not a regional carrier problem here boys.

You idiot. NOW IS THE TIME WHEN THE REGIONAL PILOTS SHOULD HAVE THE MOST LEVERAGE!

Chickentaco, mesaslut, ect. are making a killing right now. Business could not be better. They can afford to pay a whole hell of a lot more than they do. You people are just too stupid to realize it. Comairs operating cost are the lowest amongst the seven largest regionals even though we get paid the most, or almost the most. Horizon may have higher payscales. We get a 401k match PLUS a B plan. Next month, they will deposit around $7000.00 in my retirement account. That is money I am fully vested in, as in I won't lose it if the company goes belly up or I leave. It goes with me.

So please, quit using post 911 as an excuse you idiots..

You can spin you **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED** anyway you want you fool. Good luck making it to the majors. You WILL NEVER MAKE THERE thanks to ALPA. You my friend are the idiot.

Bingo! But remember, when it is ExpressJet it's all about the "total compensation package" being an improvement.

When it was CHQ, they were hammered only on the basis of hourly pay, and when they said "it's the total compensation package", everyone guffawed and told them to take a long walk off a short pier.

"The fact is, Comair has done nothing for the industry in the past couple of years"

Whether everyone got what they wanted in the strike is a mute point. We still walked for 89 days and shot down 3 TA's.

6 Months ago management wanted paycuts for growth and we told them where they could put it.

Will we be forced in the future? who knows.

But we have not done one thing that has helped LOWER THE BAR.

We do not tout the "Gods gift to cockpits thing". We are just a very cohesive pilot group that will not sell out for growth at the drop of a hat.

Sounds like you're touting it right now, unless I'm missing something.

Enough Enough Enough with the lowering the bar crap. If you want to hate CHQ or Mesa pilots then fine. Do it for the REAL reason. If CHQ did not fly for Delta, none of you Comair guys would give a rats A$$ how much we got paid. You simply do not like us because you think you are entitled to the flying we do. I do not have a problem with that. Just realize though, we do not choose who we fly for. A certain hate filled person on this board chooses to single out CHQ and Mesa because he or she thinks all of airline problems are out fault. Again, I do not have a problem with that. What I do have a problem is that this person fails to include more than half of the other regionals that are paid the same or less than CHQ pilots. Shall I name them??? TSA, Indy AIR, Jet BLue(190 rates) Mid Atlantic, COEX Shall I continue.

I will also say(again), our 170 rate is a joke. But how many of you "experts" have ever negotiated a pay rate on an Aircraft that had not even been certified yet? I will not bid the 170 until the pay goes way up. That's my choice and it may not be shared by all af my fellow pilots. If you hate CHQ for our currect contract, then I hope you have enough of it to spread it around. If you dislike us for competing with you, well I hope it makes you feel better.

Bull**CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED**e, Republic Airway Holdings will buy MDA. Not only the aircraft but the certificate as well. Remember, they still don't have one for Republic. It will be easier to buy MDA's. It would solve the American Connection concerning the 6 month timeframe to convert the 170's to Republic.

I have very good reason to believe that this is already in the works in case US liquidates.

I am glad you won't bid the E170, that means you have some pride! I have never trashed CHQ or Mesa, however you feel I have. I have simply supported the people who have worked hard to promote our careers. And your right, several of the airlines you listed have not.
