Could anyone tell me about CHQ,

1- What's the junior base??
2- What's the current reserve time?
3- Upgrade time to Capt???

1. Jr base's vary - but don't expect to get MCO right out of class. Most new hires can get into the base they want within 4-6 months.
2. Reserve time varies by base, but is usually 0-4 months.
3. Upgrade is about 1.5-2.0 years right now, but will be longer for people just getting on.
