Upgrade isnt that quick there at CHQ from what I have been told. Well its around the same upgrade time we have and ours might go lower soon. We shall see.

145 upgrade is running 2.5 years right about now...CRJ went very junior. 170 is probably around 2.5 years going into the 145.
