I'm looking for a website to search various charter operators and get a history of violations and such.

What I'm really looking for is a site to do back ground checks on the operation in question. For example - If I put in the cert # can I get info on their violations and such.

Try ARG/US. They can give you all the incidents, accidents, and violations for an operater registered with them.
