So its been a few weeks since the site change....
Despite all the discussions, complaints and fuss about the change, anyone still NOT like the new format?
Now that i've been forced to use it, i do appreciate the features and looks of it....

anybody got a new opinion or have we beaten this topic to death already?

I don't mind the look, though it does run slightly slowly. The only problem I have is the edit rules.

The edit and delete options suck, wish they were like they used to be. Other than that it's great.

I don't like the preview popup box or the edit time limit. Then again, I'm anal when it comes to correcting mistakes in writing and I miss one from time to time. Ooops! Time's up! Sheesh.

Do I think it's worth changing back to the old format? Probably not. I'll bet these few things could be tweaked while keeping the new functionality.

I'm okay with the 10 minute limit on edits, but PLEASE can we get a spell checker in exchange? I'll gladly make another donation if we can get a spell checker.

Works on just about everysite, and it appears to work on here after the upgrade.

Edit: By the way I think the edit rules should be changed.

I don't know about anyone else's experience, but the "Show first unread post" button has NEVER taken me to the actual first unread post. Still doesn't work in the new format either. Is it me?

Overall though, now that I can see the whole line of text in a post, I am warming up to the new format.
