Change of certificate number

I just filled out the FAA from to change my certificate number from from my SSN.

My question is; Will they change both my Commercial number and my CFI, or is there a different form to send in for a CFI change.

All I can find is the one form on faa.gov, and I am assuming that it will change both certificate numbers.

They should reissue all certificates. When I renewed my CFI, they reissued all my certs.

Your CFI will be reissued with the same number as your commercial, except followed by the letters C F I.
