Challenger fuel burns

For simple planning, I usually figure 3000# first hr and then 2500# for our 604 at full power.

I thought the Challenger burned BUKU fuel in the first 30", and then 0 the last few hours???

We plan on 3000#'s first hour - 2500#'s / hr thereafter. Always fly at .83 unless doing a crossing where we slow down to .80 for the fuel savings. Did a loooooong trip to Chile at .77 - painful.
