Hi all, I need to know the good, bad, ugly on the 600,601 challenger. The operating habits, t/o-land #'s, cruise #'s,maintance, and why there are so many for sale? thanks so much everyone!!!!!

I have no experience with Challengers, but a few years back my former employer was thinking about a 600. The price was very low, which sparked his cheap a## interest, but upon further investigation we found out the maintenance was a deal killer. Very expensive.

When you find one you like....

cptsesso,
When you are ready to buy one contact me for the evaluation, we are a Challenger repair station and we also do the avionics and refurbs.

As for the maintenance, I would have any Challenger that I have on the SMART Parts program, especially if it is just out of warranty or if it is an older aircraft.

...and yes, there are plenty of them for sale! I can highly suggest a few not to look at too.

There are several mags. out there that have adds for used aircraft along with current operators looking to upgrade or buy newer models.

Bombardier has a good website and lists a couple used aircraft there also.

Hope that helps...good luck on whatever you do
