Anybody know of any Challenger 300 owner/operators in the Denver or Colorado Springs area ???

Yup...we have one. There are a couple in Denver...2 at Centennial, and one at Jeffco. To my knowledge no one is looking but it's always good to have an idea of who is out there.

Not yet. There have been rumors about autothrottles in the future, but my guess is that right now they are more concerned about production and getting as many out the door as possible.

I filled out a Bombardier survey recently that asked about relative interest in various upgrades/options and autothrottles was on the list.

Doesn't mean they'll listen though.

The 300 has a "Mach Hold," which is a poor man's autothrottle of sorts. (The throttles don't move. It's all adjusted through the FADEC.) It'll hold a speed in level flight pretty kinda ok, if you're you're not in too bad of a wave activity. It's useful.
