How about some first hand info. There is no longer any room sharing. The policy was a company wide policy and changed before I got here. The pay isn't amazing, I will admit, but it is the industry/NBAA average. The first captain that was hired left for personal reasons, but still does contract work for us. The initial SIC that was hired left to go back to UAL. I'm actually very happy here. I had the same concerns that many of you expressed regarding the room sharing and QOL. To be totally honest after being in the corporate aviation industry for several years now am very happy. True, it is a low thrills department, but it is well managed, the passengers are easy to please, there is a schedule, and the pay is average. All in all I have seen and worked for some operators that I would never consider going back to, but I hope that these guys stick around for a while. We are still looking for another PIC and I do have Bladestall's resume and we plan on interviewing in the up coming weeks. Just though that I would help clear up the rumors a bit.
