Would anyone be willing to share their NBAA salary survey numbers for a CL-300 captain, 2 aircraft, part 91 flight operation out of the midwest. I would be greaty appreciative.

NBAA weight-specific numbers don't account for location like Stanton numbers do.

You could always take the NBAA averages and adjust them based on the local cost of living compared to the national average...

No link, sorry. You have to be a member of NBAA and then pay $250 for access. It's expensive, but it's the only legitimate salary survey.

Our HR department uses Stanton exculsively and feels the same way about it.

If you're a member of NBAA and participate in the CBS, access is free...

Actually, it's no better than any of the other ones out there, except for Stanton, which is actually the only survey that verifies the figures and weeds out the one that crash or inflate the data. Stanton verifies with H/R the figures, then, for example, dumps the GLEX Captain making 35K from their figures. With NBAA or any other survey, it is open to anyone submitting their figures, no verification, and it does not weed out the ones that should not be there, you know, the GLEX Captain making 35K. ABC Flight department submits their figures to NBAA; How do you or anyone else know that's what they are actually paying? You don't and don't think for a minute some CPs and D.O.s are out there BS'ing their salaries.
If you want true figures, spend the $ and go with Stanton, as the differences are clear and none is more accurate.
If you think $250 is expensive for a salary survey, you might want to stick with the NBAA figures.

Well then, enlighten us on how different the figures are. What should a Challenger 300 Capt make?
