CFI Endorsements

Does anyone know/remember the AC with all the CFI endorsements on it? I figure it's on the faa.gov website, but can't find it for the life of me. Anyone know where it is online? Thanks.

AC 61-65
There's a suffix letter on ther end but I can't remember what it is.
The suffix letter changes when the AC is updated, and I don't know the latest change, but that should help you find it.

I believe the current suffix is "e".
