I passed my CFI checkride today at Martin State Airport. The winds were a little gusty 27018G24. the ride was a lot of work. Anybody who has a CFI ride upcoming can feel free to ask questions about the ride and I will do my best to answer them.

congrats!

Congrats

Your hard work has paid off........well done.

F.Y.I......Your generosity to donate your CFI tapes to a fellow CFI Marylander is a good deed that did not go unnoticed.

Congratulations!

. . . . and as my first CFI examiner put it, you are now just another unemployed flight instructor. ;)

Best of luck and enjoy your students. :)

good luck..... now the real battle begins--------------making a living

Good Job FLYIFRVFR....I passed mine last Thursday with it gusting to 30. I crabbed it in and at the last second threw in the rudder, but skipped it...First time I have ever done that...POINT if a large cross-wind exsists check to see if FULL rudder is enough to straighten you out before you attempt to land. I still passed. And Yes I am now just another unemployed flight instructor...

Congratulations. I turned down the chance to fly in gusting thirty last week. The winds yesterday were not easy either.

Thanks, it was a tough ride but I made it through..

The weather here in Illinois has not been the best lately. I wasn't about to let a little wind slow me down. It also allowed me to demonstrate how pivotal altitude was a function of ground speed. Congrats again.....
