Freight Runners Express is currently interviewing for two Cessna 402 Captains. Current open bases are Baraboo, WI (KDLL) and Appleton, WI (KATW) flying a scheduled freight feeder route Monday evening through Saturday morning.
Housing is provided during training and a daily allowance is given for meals and other expenses. $31,980 is first year guarantee for Cessna 402 captains.
Applicants must hold an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi Engine and Instrument Ratings. Have a minimum of 1200 hours total flight time, 150 hours multi-engine, and must meet all applicable requirements of FAR Part 135.243. Previous Part 135 freight experience is highly desirable. All applicants must have a minimum of 200 hours of commercial flying within the previous 12 months.
Each applicant must be a US citizen or have the right to work in the United States and travel to and from Mexico and Canada. A valid passport and FCC restricted radiotelephone station permit are also required. If you are unwilling to relocate or are unable to comfortably fly single pilot IFR please do not apply. A one year training contract must be signed by all applicants invited to training.
