From what I hear from my friend who works there is management did not plan things out very well and they are down 2/5 planes for a few months while they get another one on the certificate and one out of a heavy check. Should only be temporary but we'll find out soon. Would be bad if they just hired all those people and now decide to keep their fleet at 3.
