Central Air Southwest works very hard at paying their pilots as little as possible while demanding as much as possible from the pilots.

The reason there are unions for larger groups in the piloting profession. When tough situations arise such as dealing with such companies as central air and the people who run them then it's instinct to lose the teamwork and spirit, so that despite the shared sentiment and a very silent consensus of displeasure, nothing happens to solve the problem for pilots because they become fragmented and individual at the worst possible
time. Sickout! Get on the same page folks.... The only way to get attention is to make the company sweat a little when their customers are calling them wondering why pilots are refusing to fly.
